At Seascape Building we believe that the client to builder relationship is paramount to the success of the project. That is why the staff are all chosen and trained to accommodate and respect the client’s property, opinions and space. Having tradesmen in your home can be daunting so we try to be as client friendly as possible.

Seascape Building is owned and managed by Joey Ristuccia. An experienced carpenter and builder, Joey has been in the industry for over 13 years and has completed countless projects. He started as an apprentice for a small building firm based in Chatswood. Taught by 6 builders who covered all aspects of the trade (ie plastering, carpentry, rendering, roofing, tiling, concreting). He then went onto work for a large residential building firm in Mosman where he gained experience in co-ordinating architectural projects on prestigious homes.

A decision to work closer to home to be with his wife and young family convinced Joey to work on the Central Coast where he has been coordinating projects for the last few years. Based in Avoca, Joey has vast experience in making clients’ building dreams become reality and takes pride in all of his jobs. “At seascape the client can be assured that the builder will be there through every process of the job, from the initial consultation to the final hand over”.
